We’re so glad you’re here.

Our goal is to offer a peaceful, inspiring space for rest and reconnection. To help maintain this special environment for everyone, we ask that you follow a few community guidelines adapted from the Masthope Mountain Community Rules & Regulations.  As part of the booking process, you agree to these terms.

1. Registered guests only, please.
   To keep things safe and quiet for everyone, we don’t allow parties or unregistered visitors.  We can recommend other properties in the area for a rip-roaring party time!  Please ensure that the correct number of guests is reflected in your reservation request.
    

2. This is a smoke-free space.
   For the comfort and safety of all guests (and the forest!), smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or out.
    

3. Pets are welcome—with care.
   Please keep pets leashed, under your supervision at all times, and remember to clean up after them.
    

4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.
   We’re all here for some calm—thanks for helping us maintain a restful atmosphere.
    

5. Fireworks are not permitted.
   Let’s protect the peace and the natural setting we all came for.
    

6. The fireplace is decorative only.
   Please don’t use it—it’s not set up for safe operation.  We plan to return your deposit, and if we need to call for fireplace inspections, we will not be able to do so.
    

7. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway.
   Street parking isn’t allowed and may result in towing by the community.
    

8. Beach towels are provided for outdoor use.
   Kindly use them (instead of the white bath towels) at the lake, pool, or spa.
