TV

The large Blue Ridge remote powers the TV. Aim the sensor at the right corner. The ¨Apps¨ section of the BlueRidge screen will allow you to access Netflix, Prime etc. You will need to input your own account info.

Heat

The in-floor hot water radiant heating system in the chalet responds to thermostat changes differently than forced air or electric baseboards you may be used to.

 

With radiant heat, the actual temperature of the room will typically feel about 3-4 degrees warmer than the reading on the thermostat. And you get the bonus of warm floors!

Still chilly? The fastest way for more heat in the living area will be to higher the temp on Duraflame electric fireplace and/or higher the electric baseboard control by the washing machine.

Please turn off the upstairs bedroom space heater when you leave for the day.

Electric Fireplace

Controlled by remote. Temperature can only be controlled by pressing the control panel directly on the unit.

Spa & Sauna

Instructions located next to the hot tub & sauna.

Nespresso

Insert pod, wait for white light, press to pour. If a red light appears, empty black reservoir, then try again- sometimes you need to unplug and re-plug and/or clean the needle of the machine for the white signal to re-appear.

 

Power Outage

In the event of a power outage, a box of battery powered flashlights is located under the cabinet next to the fridge.

Outdoor Firepit

Dry firewood is available for purchase at the Masthope Marketplace located near the POC office.
